Château Palmer AOC Margaux
Description
Another star of the Margaux appellation, Château Palmer offers a very different style than its neighbor, Château Margaux. Due to the difference in grape varieties (the Médoc cru includes the largest proportion of Merlot in its final blend), Château Palmer wines offer an opulence, harmony, and smoothness uncommon in this production area. Since 2004, Thomas Duroux's vineyard management has allowed the wine to gain in precision and consistency, leading to the most recent vintages.
This award-winning wine comes in various different vintages, ranging from 1996 to 2021, with standout vintages being 2010, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2018.
